Mask policy changes for DPC campus
June 22, 2021
We are excited to share with you another easing of pandemic-related restrictions for DPC. As local guidelines continue to ease, DPC’s Re-Opening Task Force has approved the following changes.
Effective immediately
- Masks are now optional on the DPC campus – this includes the Sanctuary, office, meeting rooms, etc…
- During worship services, the Celtic Cross Room will be designated as a mandatory masked space for those who feel more comfortable in this environment.
- Children and Tween (grades 4, 5, and 6) gatherings held indoors will remain masked.
Our goal is always to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone as we continue to take steps forward during this time. Thus, with the exception of the required settings outlined above, we encourage you to follow your own sense of comfort and if so led, to continue wearing a mask or other facial covering while inside at DPC. Yet, whether you worship with us from home or in-person, or attend meetings via Zoom or in our buildings, we remain so blessed to have you as part of our community of faith. Thank you for your continued patience and faithful support, too, as we begin to experience more freely the future God has prepared!
